Here’s the process in a nutshell…

  • First Contact

It usually starts w/a phone or video call where we’ll discuss what issues you may be having. During our discussion, we’ll gauge whether we’re a good fit. You’ll have some time to think things over and if we move forward, we’ll arrange a more in-depth meeting.

  • Initial Meet & Greet

An in-person meeting (if possible, though not required) is where we’ll discuss goals and start the onboarding process.

  • Onboarding

This is where I’ll start gathering data like, checking & savings account info. Depending on the level of engagement, I’ll also ask about mortgage, loans, insurance & medicare, utilities, existence of trust/estate, professionals you work with (estate attorney, social worker, financial advisor, etc.). This stage is the most labor-intensive, it’s like peeling back the layers of an onion!

  • Maintenance Mode

Ahhh, we’ve done the work of the work and can continue the engagement with account monitoring and the occasional short-term project ie: getting ready for taxes, monthly/quarterly budget & spending reviews and anything else that may come up.
